It could be many months before parks like Disneyland, SeaWorld and Knott’s Berry Farm would be allowed to reopen so two Southern California legislators are hoping their bill will persuade the governor to speed up the process

Desperate to reopen sooner than later, California theme parks are hoping a state bill unveiled this week will persuade Gov. Gavin Newsom to ease guidelines that for now require a huge drop in new COVID-19 cases before park operations could resume.
