California’s oldest amusement park will return this week for thrill seekers eager to climb aboard roller coasters and thrill rides after more than a year of coronavirus closures that shuttered the state’s amusement parks.
The 1907 Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk will reopen on Thursday, April 1 with select rides including the 1924 Giant Dipper wooden coaster and the 2013 Undertow spinning steel coaster.
